About Kate
I began working with somatic therapy in 2010, and have over 25 years of experience in the performance arts, and voice work. I bring a unique blend of experience and expertise to mind-body and self-expression work. The work supports you with developing your capacity for self-compassion and resilience, guiding you through a process of accessing your unique and organic mind-body resources. I think that voice and somatic work is a powerful way to connect to your authentic self-expression, to deepen your relationships with others, and experience more joy and pleasure.
Session work offers a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your challenges without judgement. I am dedicated to supporting you in developing your connection to yourself and toward shedding any conditioning or adaptive coping mechanisms that you wish to let go. You will learn tools to feel safety in the body, and gain a solid sense of self. Expect to feel more agency in your decision-making, and in how you wish to lead your life.
